Small Business Resources
El Paso County Economic Development will launch its first community-based, grant-funded program on April 20 to give financial help to small businesses hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic in the Pikes Peak Enterprise Zone (EZ). Small businesses within the Enterprise Zone (this includes all Downtown businesses) will have access to grants up to $7,500.
The Pikes Peak Enterprise Zone EZ Business Relief Fund is a way for the community to help locally owned small businesses — now facing layoffs and closures — to sustain operations and keep their workforce, through generous donations. People who donate $100 or more to the fund qualify for an EZ 25 percent state income tax credit.

Please share your COVID-19 experiences with us through the Story of Us Y = You portal. A portion of these submissions will be shared in this digital exhibit, under C = COVID-19. However, all of the materials will be preserved as part of the CSPM permanent collection.
