Small Business Resources
El Paso County Economic Development will launch its first community-based, grant-funded program on April 20 to give financial help to small businesses hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic in the Pikes Peak Enterprise Zone (EZ). Small businesses within the Enterprise Zone (this includes all Downtown businesses) will have access to grants up to $7,500.
The Pikes Peak Enterprise Zone EZ Business Relief Fund is a way for the community to help locally owned small businesses — now facing layoffs and closures — to sustain operations and keep their workforce, through generous donations. People who donate $100 or more to the fund qualify for an EZ 25 percent state income tax credit.

Recognizing that everyone has their own unique and important story, the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum wants to hear from you. Please share your COVID-19 experiences with us through the Story of Us Y = You portal. A portion of these submissions will be shared in this digital exhibit, under C = COVID-19. However, all of the materials will be preserved as part of the CSPM permanent collection.
